Our standard operating policy is that you must be satisfied with any product you purchase or you can exchange it or return it for a replacement or a refund. Please note: We do not accept returns on personalized merchandise. You can return your product through the mail or by coming into our store on Main Street in Hanover.
To make the process easier, please include your invoice and/or your order number. If you are a Co-op member, please include your membership number.
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the size and/or color you would like to have us ship. If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, please tell us the item number of the product you wish to receive, along with a size and color. If there is a difference
in price between the exchanged and original items, we will either charge or credit you with the difference using your original payment method, unless you specify otherwise. We charge a flat rate of $6 to ship out exchanged merchandise. You can provide us with credit card information for that expense, or send us a check or money order.
In sending your item in to us, ship via the United States Post Office or UPS to

Please follow the same procedures if sending in a product for repair. Please clean any used merchandise before sending it to us for repair.
